Client Service Agreement

  1. Introduction

    2. This Client Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Travel Trove Vacations (“TTV Travel”) and the client (“Client”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which TTV Travel will provide travel-related services to the Client.

  2. Services Provided

    3. TTV Travel agrees to provide the following services to the Client:
    • Travel planning and consultation
    • Booking of flights, accommodations, cruises, and tours
    • Assistance with travel documentation and insurance
    • Customer support before, during, and after the trip

  3. Payment Terms

    4. The Client agrees to pay TTV Travel for the services provided as follows:
    • A non-refundable deposit of [amount] is required at the time of booking.
    • The remaining balance is due [number] days before the departure date.
    • Payments can be made via [payment methods].

  4. Cancellations and Refunds

    • Cancellations made by the Client must be in writing and are subject to the cancellation policies of the service providers.
    • TTV Travel will assist the Client in obtaining refunds from service providers, but cannot guarantee the amount or timing of refunds.
    • The non-refundable deposit will not be returned under any circumstances.

  5. Client Responsibilities

    6. The Client agrees to:
    • Provide accurate and complete information for travel arrangements.
    • Obtain and carry all necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas).
    • Comply with all travel regulations and requirements.
    • Inform TTV Travel of any special needs or requests at the time of booking.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    7. TTV Travel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

  7. Governing Law

    8. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tucson, Arizona.

  8. Amendments

    9. This Agreement may be amended only by a written document signed by both parties.
